There’s more than one way of doing system gastronomy. Hamburgers, doner kebabs and pizzas have long been an indispensable part of our fast-moving times, when people are always on the go. But consumers are increasingly looking for alternatives that are healthier and more varied. Initial concepts have already been successfully established. What has been lacking so far, however, is a high-quality, Mediterranean-Oriental option. So far. MK Mentor supported the Stuttgart start-up in the development and implementation of this concept right from the kick-off.

Production, operations and administration are based on an IT-controlled process that results in maximum efficiency and streamlined administration. Anyone who thinks of the Replicator from Star Trek isn’t so far off the mark. But fortunately this still requires a dedicated team in order to work.

The concept is designed in such a way that it can also work with unskilled staff or personnel from other fields, and so give committed career changers the chance to exploit their potential. This creates loyalty and a positive spirit which guests respond to.

Size matters

In order to be able to operate across the full range from a small take-away outlet to a large flagship store, the catering concept is designed in such a way that it is freely scalable. This also makes it possible to start small in one location but already have your growth plan in your pocket.
